We’re looking for a Implementation Coordinator to join our ever evolving Ecomm team and help shape the future of global commerce.

  • What You’ll Own
  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities for merchant integration, and optimisation initiatives.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between merchants, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Track and manage implementation plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Analyse merchant requirements and ensure alignment with product capabilities and implementation approach.
  • Assist in reviewing transaction performance data (approval rates, declines, fraud outcomes) to support optimisation opportunities.

• Coordinate execution of changes across

  • payment configurations
  • transaction routing
  • fraud and risk settings
  • integration updates
  • Work to ensure performance improvements are made for customers based on analysis on performance data
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers, Merchant Success Manager, and Optimisation Specialists to execute required changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and frameworks.
  • Support internal and customer-facing reporting on ticket progress and outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships with merchants to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with payment products, platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
