Are you ready to write your next chapter? We’re looking for a CDD Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Due Diligence team. This role is responsible for producing high‑quality reporting packs, slide decks, and communication materials that support effective decision‑making across CDD operations, governance forums, and change initiatives.
What You’ll Own As The CDD Reporting Analyst
- Reporting Governance and Oversight
- Own the end‑to‑end reporting schedule, ensuring smooth and timely production cycles across all CDD forums.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting templates, standards, and contributor guidance.
- Collaborate with CDD data owners and business leads to identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain awareness of reporting requirements across CDD to ensure alignment and prevent duplication and support audit readiness.
- Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring documentation and reporting processes meet regulatory and internal requirements.
- Content Gathering & Coordination
- Work closely with CDD leadership to understand audience needs, strategic priorities, and key messages.
- Coordinate inputs across Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders bringing together data, updates, and insights.
- Manage reporting timelines and workflows, prompting contributors and ensuring deliverables remain on track to meet deadlines.
- Communication and Key Messaging
- Craft clear, concise narrative summaries that highlight trends, risks, outcomes, and recommended actions.
- Translate technical, operational or regulatory content into digestible content suitable for non‑technical or senior audiences.
- Build cohesive storylines that enable structured discussion and informed decision‑making.
- Reporting Pack Production
- Lead the creation of clear, structured, insight-driven reporting packs and slide decks for operational meetings, governance forums, and senior leadership updates.
- Organise and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of understanding for all stakeholders.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time for recurring and ad‑hoc forums.
- Maintain consistent formatting, messaging, and visual standards across all reporting materials.
- Project & Change Communications Support
- Develop project update decks, milestone summaries, and communication materials for ongoing CDD change and transformation activity.
- Partner with project leads to provide transparent updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming timelines.
- Create clear, engaging materials that support change adoption and stakeholder understanding.
- Prepare briefing packs and talking points for senior leaders involved in change‑related discussions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across CDD and related functions to stay informed of key updates, challenges, and initiatives.
- Provide leaders with well-structured, high‑quality materials for steering groups, forums, and cross‑functional meetings.
- Provide guidance on how to structure, refine and present content effectively.
What You’ll Bring
