  • Own and lead strategic initiatives that unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen Global Payments’ competitive position in the payments and financial technology industry.
  • Own the development and execution of merchant propositions across key segments, creating differentiated solutions that deliver greater value for clients and accelerate business performance.
  • Lead and oversee high-profile, cross-functional projects with product/commercial implications, translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes while ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Play a leading role in shaping Global Payments’ M&A strategy by identifying opportunities that expand capabilities, enter new markets, and create long-term value.

  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy focused role within a financial institution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors.
