What you’ll own

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and delivery.

You’ll ensure targeted initiatives and transformation priorities are executed effectively at scale, bringing structure, pace and accountability to cross-functional delivery so strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

You’ll work close to senior leaders, influence cross-functional delivery, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes for the Enterprise business.

  • Lead and support high-priority enterprise initiatives, translating strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones and outcomes.
  • Analyse complex business challenges, develop recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships across commercial regions, product, operations, finance and central functions to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, removing barriers and supporting execution.
  • Support the development of business cases, proposals and benefit tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
  • Identify risks and delivery challenges, escalating issues where needed.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and briefing documents for senior leadership, including recommendations, updates and governance reporting.
  • Support initiatives from planning through execution, embedding change and driving sustainable adoption across the business.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy or transformation roles.
  • A track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous briefs to measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to structure problems, evaluate trade-offs and craft pragmatic recommendations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing or challenging business cases, benefits and performance metrics.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve conflicting priorities and create accountability.
  • Excellent executive communication: concise writing, compelling presentations and decision-oriented reporting.
  • High ownership, adaptability and calm judgement in a fast-paced environment.
