Overview
We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Enablement Specialist to join the Knowledge Deployment team. The role focuses on designing, creating, and integrating Power Platform–driven solutions to share, access, and utilize valuable business knowledge across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain SharePoint integrated solutions to enhance the knowledge deployment network for a global business. Gather requirements, design, develop, test and provide support.
- Create technical drawings using Visio and other tools as part of data modelling and design.
- Monitor, resolve technical issues promptly and communicate causes, impacts and remedies clearly.
- Perform technical performance modelling and analytics; create scalable, automated reports for the knowledge estate.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate across the SharePoint network to streamline information delivery.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Modern SharePoint knowledge solutions and related ServiceNow requirements.
- Governance and security: validate tenant, access, authentication, and security group settings in PowerPlatform solutions.
- Data integration: use Graph API, REST API, and ServiceNow APIs for data integration and automation.
- Conduct code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
- Plan, monitor and control design/development of solutions using agile methodology; assist in creating roadmaps (MS Project preferred).
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in Modern SharePoint, Power Platform development, ServiceNow, and AI capabilities.
Communication
- Explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical, global audience.
- Prepare technical infrastructure drawings and packs for sponsors, stakeholders, and collaborators.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and concise communication; work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Power Platform / SharePoint design and integration.
- Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.
- JSON, JavaScript, HTML / CSS.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA and Power Query; strong Power BI skills.
- Proficiency in Modern SharePoint development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience with Graph API, REST API, and ServiceNow APIs.
Understanding AI Advancement
- Machine Learning (ML): understanding algorithms for automating content classification and retrieval.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): enhancing search capabilities and analyzing unstructured data.
- Generative AI: content creation and user engagement.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA): automating repetitive tasks in Knowledge Management.
