What You’ll Own

  • Drive revenue growth across strategic verticals by identifying and capturing new market opportunities that expand Global Payments’ global footprint.
  • Lead and inspire multiple teams of relationship managers and people leaders, building a culture of accountability, performance and continuous growth.
  • Shape and execute client strategies that strengthen long‑term partnerships and increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and convert white space opportunities into profitable business outcomes that accelerate growth and market expansion.
  • Use your expertise in global payments and international markets to influence commercial strategy and unlock cross-border opportunities.
  • Build and scale high‑performing teams by onboarding, mentoring and developing talent to reach their full potential.
  • Partner across the business to align on growth priorities, driving innovation and delivering measurable results for clients and the organization.
