Global Payments is a company that serves more than 6,000,000 customers, processing nearly $4 trillion in annual volume across 94 billion transactions in more than 175 countries. We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our highly motivated and driven Enterprise team.

About The Role

This role strengthens how Enterprise CSM teams—and external partner CSM organizations—are enabled to perform complex system‑driven work with speed, independence, confidence, and consistency. The role requires the ability to translate platform and gateway complexity into clear, practical, learner‑focused enablement. It is not a content‑only nor facilitation‐only role; the individual will plan, design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs end‑to‑end, ensuring training is usable, scalable, and measurably effective while continuously improving the program outputs.

What You’ll Own

  • Design & Deliver Learner‑Centric Programs
    • Design structured learning programs for CSM core groups
    • Build learning journeys that prioritize how the learner actually performs the work, not just how the system is designed
    • Develop onboarding programs that bring new starters or new external cohorts up to speed on platforms, gateways, tools, and products with practical application baked in
    • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
    • Design simulation environments under the principles of "Teach me, Test me"
  • Program Planning, Measurement & Continuous Improvement
    • Plan learning initiatives end‑to‑end, including scope, sequencing, delivery approach, and success criteria
    • Regularly assess and iterate on programs to improve impact and learner outcomes
    • Use data and management information (MI) to evaluate:
      • Training effectiveness
      • Gaps in confidence, capability, or adoption
      • Knowledge and skill proficiency
  • Stakeholder & Product Enablement Support
    • Translate SME input into clear, structured learning assets that are not raw documentation
    • Partner with SMEs as needed to support:
      • New product launches that impact the SOPs the external group is tasked with completing
      • Product changes that impact the SOPs the external group is tasked with completing
      • Updates that affect CSM workflows
  • Knowledge & Content Standards
    • Own and evolve learning and knowledge resources housed within our centralized knowledge hub while partnering with SMEs to enhance Key SOPs
    • Define and enforce documentation and learning standards, frameworks, and best practices
    • Ensure materials are:
      • Easy to find
      • Easy to use
      • Consistent across regions and teams, and speak to regional nuances as necessary

What You’ll Bring

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives in parallel
  • Proven ability to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs
  • Strong learner empathy—design with the end user in mind, not just the subject matter
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Confident, clear communicator who can engage learners and stakeholders alike
  • Learning & Tooling Experience—background in training and enablement, both virtual and instructor‑led
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Sana, Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, etc.)
  • Experience or working knowledge of learning design and authoring tools (e.g., Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Confluence, etc.)
  • Ability to review and improve documentation for both content quality and structure/layout
  • Approachable and effective in cross‑functional environments
  • Comfortable working with product, operations, and technical SMEs
  • Team player with a proactive, improvement‑oriented mindset
  • Delivery oriented—able to put a plan together and deliver on the plan on time
  • Domain knowledge—strong understanding of Worldpay platforms, gateways, products, and services, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in technical writing or structured documentation
  • Experience enabling customer‑facing operational teams
  • Exposure to payments, fintech, or platform‑based environments
