What You\'ll Own
- Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Data Centers, you will lead the US based Data Center team with staff and technical management responsibilities.
- Management responsibilities of the UK based Data Centre staff.
- Uphold and improve Data Center Standards, Operating metrics, Financials and capacity reporting.
- Lead Data Center Consolidation, expansion and migrations projects.
- Physical Security compliance, PCI standards experience and adherence as well as ITAD processes.
- Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the Data Centre colocation providers.
- Work closely with other members and leaders of the Infrastructure organization regularly.
- Ensure smooth project delivery through full lifecycle management.
How You\'ll Own It
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing both Staff and Enterprise Data Centers.
- Attention to detail resulting in stability and predictability of the environment.
- Keen grasp of Data Centre enabling technology such as power, cooling, cabling, and resiliency.
- Strong ServiceNow, DCIM and Oracle Financial toolsets.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to straddle the technical demands as they relate to the business and customers.
- Reporting and trending of both DC capacity as well as financials on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory requirements are met.

- Compute, Network or Storage technology and administration skills.
- Structured cabling design and implementation.
- Experience working with Corporate Physical Security teams.
- Disaster Recovery and contingency planning.
- Project / program management experience.
