About The Team: We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our global team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide detailed data and trend analysis to support our pricing strategy for Merchants.

What You’ll Own As The Senior Data Analyst

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and gather data to develop insights.
  • Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources.
  • Assist business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring data is presented visually clearly and effectively.
  • Create, present and review summary KPIs and dashboards with Senior Leadership to help provide business guidance and support.
  • Manage a portfolio of Merchants in reviewing and support Re-pricing models.
  • Collaborate with peers and mentor others to help enhance business and technical tools knowledge across the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Statistical Analysis: Good knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies to support data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of database management systems.

It’s a Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with using software packages such as R or Python to solve problems.
  • Experience with visualization tools Power BI or Tableau.
