Join our dynamic team at Worldpay as part of the global Corporate Communications function. You will be instrumental in driving proactive, best-in-class communications across EMEA and APAC. In this role, you\’ll dedicate 75% of your time to managing our regional press offices, steering agencies, and launching impactful campaigns that bolster our corporate reputation and support our commercial objectives. The remaining 25% will involve contributing to broader corporate communications initiatives – crafting executive presentations, key messages, and internal storytelling assets that echo our strategy worldwide.
75% External PR & Social (EMEA + APAC)

  • Regional Press-Office Management:
  • Lead the daily news desk, handle enquiries, and manage rapid-response processes across two time zones.
  • Maintain continuous media monitoring and coverage reporting dashboards.
  • Agency Management:
  • Support the head of PR & Social by managing local PR agencies across APAC & EMEA; ensure alignment with our global narrative and quarterly KPIs.
  • Campaign & Pipeline Planning:
  • Construct the rolling 6- and 12-month news calendar; collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to uncover stories that showcase Worldpay\’s expertise across markets.
  • Oversee launches – from messaging and press materials to embargo management and spokesperson preparation.
  • Executive Profiling:
  • Position regional leaders as industry influencers through media interviews, conference speaking engagements, and op-eds.
  • Social Integration:
  • Amplify earned-media successes on owned channels; work with social editors on reactive and planned content.

25% Corporate Communications (Global)

  • Internal comms content creation:
  • Draft punchy, engaging internal news content for Worldpayers.
  • Draft concise, visually engaging presentations for global town halls, Board updates, and leadership offsites.
  • Develop message briefs, FAQs, and talking-point documents for executives.
  • Campaigns and change initiatives:
  • Support the VP of Internal Comms on company-wide campaigns and change initiatives ensuring consistency across channels.

Key Interfaces

  • Global Marketing, Product & Commercial: Align campaign roadmaps and metrics.
  • Regional General Managers & Sales Leaders: Localise messaging and source success stories.
  • Agency Network (EMEA & APAC): Coordinate execution and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in corporate communications and PR within a matrix, multi-region environment (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record in managing PR agencies
  • Familiarity with media across technology, business, and payments
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate earned media with social and digital amplification strategies.
  • Exceptional written English; skilled at distilling complex information into clear narratives
  • Comfortable working across time zones, managing multiple stakeholders, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset – capable of translating media metrics into actionable insights and executive-level reports.
  • Crisis and issues-management experience is a plus.
