You will own customer-facing content from regulatory updates to service notifications, guiding, reassuring, and informing with precision and purpose.
What You\βll Own
- Craft clear, engaging copy for both internal and external audiences β including contractual updates, compliance notices, product launches, support guides, newsletters, and more.
- Shape content that enhances the customer journey, ensuring tone, style, and structure are aligned with our brand and audience needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain approvals, refine messaging, and manage the production and distribution of materials.
- Lead communication projects from start to finish β defining scope, setting timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Consult with internal teams to understand their goals and recommend the best communication strategies to achieve them.
- Continuously assess the impact of communications, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and resonate with our audience.
