We're hiring for growth. Join us! We're looking for a driven Commercial Partner Manager who wants to shape the future of payments. You will be the lead to continue to establish and grow the market leading Bank and Merchant Services distribution model in the UK market with Santander.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion within the bank channel ecosystem.
  • Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with banking partners to increase product adoption and joint customer success.
  • Act as the connecting point between internal commercial teams and external partners to maximize channel performance.

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new commercial opportunities across the bank channel.
  • Support the development of tailored value propositions for banking partners and their customer segments.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding processes for new business.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM and forecasting tools.

Partner (Bank Channel) Management

  • Own and manage relationships with key banking teams, including day to day engagement and long term strategy.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners to increase product penetration and revenue contribution.
  • Enable and support bank partner teams to improve knowledge, referral quality, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor bank team performance and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the escalation point for bank team issues and ensure smooth operational execution.

Performance Metrics

  • Revenue growth and new business sourced from the bank channel.
  • Partner engagement, enablement, and satisfaction scores.
  • Pipeline creation, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Achievement of joint business plan milestones with bank teams.
