About This Role: Payouts is a ~$300T market globally and expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for a Product leader who is ready to upscale how Worldpay can move money for our ~6m customers. As a Card Issuing Lead in Product, you will take responsibility for executing on our Virtual Card Issuing opportunities in support of some of our key acquiring verticals. You will be experienced in product development and integration of geographically expansive card issuing services and money movement experiences, and will be skilled in owning complex end-to-end change delivery.

About The Team: Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy, Commercialisation and Sales. You will sit within the Product team, collaborating closely with our wider change delivery function and commercial teams. Working within the Payouts Product team, you will operate as a leader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. You will own multiple customer experiences and be tasked with innovating on our current capabilities and designing new solutions to emerging opportunities, for measurable benefit. You will own delivery end-to-end supported by dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise from across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision, strategy and OKR’s for our Card Issuing product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives.
  • Third-party Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party providers, align internal and external roadmaps, and set and drive joint KPI’s.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business. Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs.
  • Market Analysis And Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring And Optimization: Establish KPI’s for our solutions and regularly assess product performance. Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Experience You Will Bring:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • 5 years + Product Leadership experience.
  • 3 years minimum card issuance experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the card acquiring and payouts customer experience.
  • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments.
  • Be tenacious in your goals, insatiably curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success.
