About The Team Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we\’re doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we\’re empowered to expand our horizons. We are seeking a highly experienced operational Strategic Planning Analyst who will support Operations Planning within our Operations Service Excellence team. What You’ll Own Forecasting and Planning Develop and maintain forecasting models for workload and resource planning. Undertake planning activities and FTE calculations to ensure optimal staffing levels. Work with internal stakeholders to gather appropriate information and data for preparing schedules, plans, and forecasts. Create and implement capacity plans to ensure optimal resource utilization. Draw up forecasts and staffing plans based on future strategic plans. Monitor and review planning assumptions against trends & targets, making appropriate adjustments as needed. Propose and manage shift patterns & schedules that meet the requirements of the business Data Analysis and Reporting Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Ensure data quality and accuracy in all reports and analyses. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with different departments to understand and meet their MI needs. Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support senior management with data-driven recommendations for operational improvements. Continuous Improvement Continuously improve forecasting and capacity planning methodologies. Stay updated on industry best practices for workforce management. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. What You Bring Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organisation or financial institution. Proven experience in capacity planning and resource optimization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of statistical methods and forecasting techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Added Bonus If You Have Experience in payment services. Experience working in the financial services industry. Knowledge of NICE WFM system Knowledge of additional data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik). Experience in designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis.
