You'll work at the forefront of AI, exploring emerging technologies, rapidly prototyping new ideas, and transforming promising innovations into production-ready solutions that create measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with experimentation and discovery. You'll continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, conduct research and proof of concepts, and help identify opportunities where AI can unlock new customer and business value. You'll work across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs, helping deliver innovative capabilities that create real business value.

What you’ll own:

  • Assess, design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models, foundational models for real-world applications.
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, prototype new AI capabilities, and run proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases.
  • Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Help define best practices, technical standards, and reusable patterns for AI development across the organization.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, or similar.
  • Develop and maintain AI system blueprints, ensure integration with existing infrastructure, and optimize performance and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance, observability, and scalability are embedded in design decisions.
  • Drive best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, foundation models, and autonomous agents.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.
  • Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures and experience in fine-tuning LLMs or training domain-specific models, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A curious, hands-on mindset with a desire to experiment, learn, and build.
  • Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.

  • Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
  • Research, publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.
  • Knowledge of payments, fintech, or financial services.
