The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for safeguarding the technical operations, governance, and security of our organization. Our mission is to protect the organization, our colleagues and our many customers from ever evolving cyber security threats. We are a highly dedicated team focused on empowering strategic decisions and fostering innovative security solutions. By implementing robust security frameworks and advanced IT management systems, we drive innovation and build trust with our global stakeholders.
What you’ll own
This position sits within our two-year Technical Depth program and is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop specialized expertise in the field of Information Security. The program is structured to provide you with a deep understanding of information security principles while offering hands-on experience in protecting critical systems and data.
Over the course of three eight-month rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex, real-world security challenges within our organization while gaining exposure to cutting-edge security technologies. You will be immersed in technical projects focused within critical areas of information security such as access and identity management, cyber defense, attack surface management, cloud security, security engineering, risk management, product security and compliance management.
During your rotations, you’ll have the chance to enhance your information security knowledge and gain hands-on experience with security platforms and tools including but not limited to: Information Protection/DLP, WAFs, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management , and Code Scanning (DAST/SAST).
The start date for the program will be in July 2025.

What you bring
Eligibility Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices (e.g., encryption, firewalls, threat analysis)
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
• Familiarity with cloud security platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash , PowerShell)
**Employment eligibility to work with Worldpay in the UK in a permanent role is required as, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide sponsorship if you require a work visa for our graduate program**
