Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Delivery: Own the end-to-end development of strategic priorities across Enterprise Operations, converting high-level ambition into executable plans. Leverage data and commercial insight to identify and quantify opportunities, and align stakeholders to deliver measurable, enterprise-wide impact.
- Problem Solving & Business Performance: Solve complex business challenges using structured, data-driven thinking—identifying root causes, evaluating options, and delivering scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Programme & Initiative Delivery: Coordinate and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned to strategic priorities. Independently define project scope, structure execution, and adapt delivery approaches to ensure outcomes are achieved and long-term business value is realised.
- Executive Insight & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, including SVP and CEO audiences. Develop strategic materials to deliver insight-led recommendations that inform decision-making and prioritisation.
- Governance, Planning & Alignment: Build and optimise governance and planning processes to enable clear prioritisation, visibility, and accountability, ensuring alignment across Enterprise Operations.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Influence: Proactively build and maintain a strong internal network, including senior stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies.
