We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Transformation, to join our ever-evolving Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team, supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the Enterprise line of business within Global Payments.

  • What you’ll own
  • This is a high-impact role working across commercial, operations and central support teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
  • You’ll translate data and stakeholder input into clear, actionable insights, while supporting the delivery of business transformation priorities.
  • You’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making, build a broad understanding of the business, and contribute to work that directly supports our largest and most global merchant relationships.
  • Structure ambiguous enterprise problems into clear hypotheses, analyses and execution plans.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, drawing on business performance, financial, customer, operational and stakeholder data and insights.
  • Develop business cases, scenarios and practical recommendations, making trade-offs and value implications clear.
  • Produce concise, executive-ready presentations and written recommendations that enable decisions.
  • Own defined workstreams within key strategy and transformation initiatives, from scoping through to implementation.
  • Identify root causes and process improvement opportunities, translating findings into sustainable solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders across commercial, product, operations, finance and technology to test assumptions, build alignment and drive outcomes.
  • Define success measures and track whether implemented changes deliver the intended commercial, operational or customer outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • What you’ll bring
  • 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting or operational roles.
  • Evidence of solving complex, ambiguous business problems using a structured analytical approach.
  • Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative evidence into clear recommendations.
  • Strong Excel-based analysis skills and the ability to create clear, executive-ready Power Point presentations.
  • Experience owning a project or workstream with multiple stakeholders and competing inputs.
  • Curiosity about how businesses operate and the confidence to learn new commercial areas quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including confidence explaining a recommendation and its implications.
  • Comfort working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
