We’re looking for a Product Director, Billing & Pricing to join our ever evolving Money Movement Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.

  • What you'll own
  • You’ll define and execute the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Billing, Pricing and Residual Payments products and experiences, delivering customer, commercial and operational outcomes.
  • You’ll own the Billing product portfolio, simplifying and modernising how customers understand, manage and optimise the cost of accepting payments.
  • You’ll lead end-to-end product development across Billing capabilities, delivering through dedicated engineering teams on the NAP and Core platforms while driving outcomes across other technology platforms through influence, alignment and matrix leadership.
  • You’ll create simple, intuitive and transparent billing experiences, helping customers understand both the costs and value of accepting payments, including pricing, fees, rebates, revenue-share arrangements and other financial benefits.
  • You’ll drive the evolution of transaction-level fee reporting, billing transparency and customer self-service capabilities, reducing complexity and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You’ll identify opportunities to transform Billing from a back-office capability into a value-added product, leveraging data, insights and emerging technologies to create differentiated customer experiences.
  • You’ll evaluate build, buy and partner opportunities, helping shape strategic decisions around future billing capabilities and owning the successful adoption of selected solutions.
  • You’ll balance strategic investments with the delivery needs of wider business initiatives, ensuring Billing capabilities effectively support new products, customer solutions and market expansion.
  • You’ll use customer insights, operational data and commercial metrics to prioritise initiatives that improve customer outcomes, reduce servicing costs and increase business value.
  • You’ll build strong partnerships with Revenue Operations, Engineering, Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Tax, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver strategic outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Product leaders across Funding, Reporting and FX to create seamless, connected financial experiences for customers.
  • You’ll lead, develop and inspire a team of Product Managers, creating a high-performance culture that attracts and grows top talent.
  • You’ll represent Billing at senior leadership forums, influencing decisions that shape the future of Global Payments’ Money Domain.

  • A product mindset with a strong customer-first, data-driven and strategic approach to decision making.
  • The ability to define compelling product strategies and translate them into clear roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, optimising performance metrics and delivering growth.
  • Experience creating and scaling customer-facing products, capabilities or platforms that deliver measurable business value.
  • The ability to communicate with clarity and influence, building credibility with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse teams behind a common vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
  • Experience delivering complex product initiatives within large-scale, multinational organisations.
  • Experience working within a SAFe product development environment.
  • Experience leading and developing product teams, including coaching, talent development and organisational leadership.
  • A track record of improving ways of working, systems and processes, while influencing the evolution of product operating models across a wider product organisation.
  • Experience balancing strategic priorities with competing enterprise demands, making effective trade-offs across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Experience using customer, operational and commercial data to improve customer journeys, reduce operational complexity and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of payments, pricing, billing, invoicing, revenue sharing or adjacent financial services domains.
  • It’s a bonus if you have Experience with Global Payments’ NAP and Core platforms.
  • Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions across a complex organisation.
  • Experience building high-performing product organisations and developing future product leaders.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, migration or technology modernisation programmes.
  • Experience with billing platforms, invoicing systems, usage-based pricing, metered billing or subscription billing solutions.
  • Experience applying AI, analytics or data-driven insights to improve customer experiences, self-service capabilities or operational performance.
