The Digital Sales Operations Analyst will monitor, analyze, and optimize digital processes, platforms, and systems to support efficient and effective business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse performance across digital channels (e.g., website, mobile app, paid media) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Track and report on key metrics including conversion rates, traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Compare performance across sales channels (e.g., Digital, Telesales, eCommerce, POS) to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Monitor end‑to‑end customer journeys and application funnels, identifying drop‑off points and recommending improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability, customer value, and overall commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for commercial, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
  • Design and support A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate digital improvements and optimise performance.
  • Recommend and implement data‑driven changes to improve digital processes, user experience, and commercial outcomes.
  • Analyse product and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise digital offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and written reporting.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI to build dashboards and present insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including an understanding of database structures and management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
