We’re looking for an ambitious Growth and Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across our SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce business.

What you’ll own This is a unique opportunity to build and scale our ecommerce community, lead industry engagement programmes, develop our social and influencer strategy, and work directly with product, content, digital and data teams to generate measurable commercial impact.
Drive overall growth of online payment solution in Ireland and UK by supporting the end-to-end growth strategy.
Run lead generation campaigns through organic, digital paid media, email, events and direct mail, optimising performance, and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
Own and optimise the end-to-end ecommerce customer lifecycle, creating targeted CRM and marketing automation programmes that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Manage trade shows, events and sponsorship in Ireland.
Develop personalised customer journeys, analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve results through testing and optimisation.
Success in this role requires a combination of commercial awareness, creativity, strong analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Data teams, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance the customer experience and support business growth.
It’s a bonus if you have Experience within payments, fintech, technology or ecommerce sectors is advantageous.
What you’ll bring5-8 years’ experience in product or performance marketing.
Understanding of regulatory requirements of financial services.
Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and optimisations.
Experience of launching and growing products in a new market.
Experience of running paid media campaigns is desired.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavioural targeting.
Commercial and data-driven, with a focus on driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Experience using testing and optimisation to improve campaign performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, and Data teams.
