Hybrid Work Arrangement: This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, with an expectation to work on‑site at our London office location 2‑3 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with strategy leadership and business unit stakeholders to define and execute Global Payments’ B2B strategy, supporting the ambition to establish a leading position in B2B payments.
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives required to expand and scale our B2B business across products, markets, and customer segments.
  • Identify and unlock cross‑business opportunities across revenue, product, and cost synergies to enhance overall financial performance.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on the competitive landscape, market trends, risks, and industry developments in B2B payments.
  • Establish and embed a consistent enterprise‑wide strategy framework across business units.
  • Represent Global Payments externally as a thought leader in B2B payments with clients, analysts, and industry forums.
