What you’ll own

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FX products across regions. Support long-term strategy with data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
  • Commercial Enablement: Create clear product messaging and value propositions for target customer segments. Provide sales teams with positioning, collateral, and tools to drive revenue.
  • Market Analysis & Product Launch: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Lead commercialization plans for new product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Define and track KPIs to measure product performance across markets and segments. Use data analysis to identify opportunities, optimize GTM execution, and prioritise growth initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product commercialization, product management, or a related role, ideally within payments or point-of-sale solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry and market landscape.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
