We’re looking for a proven Relationship Manager to join our ever-evolving EMEA Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Our team of dedicated Gaming, Trading & Crypto Relationship Managers create value for some of the largest global merchants based across the EMEA region. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. You will be working in a team covering the EMEA region with people spread across different locations. The team is very focused on supporting each other in a complex industry and team culture is at the forefront of what we do.
What you’ll own:
- Acts as primary liaison between client and Worldpay and understands client needs, including financial expectations and restrictions.
- Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
- Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Worldpay offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.
- Upsells and cross-sells products/services.
- Owns and manages relationships with key merchants.
- Ensures alignment of client technology and business strategies.
- Focuses on account retention and continued revenue growth.
What you bring:
- Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
- Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
- Understanding of global payment coupled with merchant requirements and needs.
- Experience within the Gaming, Trading and Crypto verticals is an advantage.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
