Head of Relationship Management for Airlines and Travel to join our Enterprise EMEA team. Lead in shaping the future of global commerce and manage client relationships at scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across strategic verticals by identifying and capturing new market opportunities that expand Global Payments’ global footprint.
- Lead and inspire multiple teams of relationship managers and people leaders, building a culture of accountability, performance and continuous growth.
- Shape and execute client strategies that strengthen long-term partnerships and increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and convert white space opportunities into profitable business outcomes that accelerate growth and market expansion.
- Use expertise in global payments and international markets to influence commercial strategy and unlock cross-border opportunities.
- Build and scale high-performing teams by onboarding, mentoring and developing talent to reach their full potential.
- Partner across the business to align on growth priorities, driving innovation and delivering measurable results for clients and the organization.
