About the team
The Cross Sales team drives revenue growth and customer retention across a portfolio of SMB customers by increasing product adoption, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- What you’ll own
- A portfolio of SMB customers, acting as the primary commercial contact and building long-term customer relationships.
- Revenue growth and portfolio value through cross-sell, upsell and product penetration opportunities in line with your sales targets.
- Protecting and growing recurring revenue, proactively managing retention risks and reducing customer attrition.
- Developing and executing account plans, identifying growth opportunities and prioritising activity to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Managing the sales pipeline, progressing opportunities from identification through to close while maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Leading customer engagement, conducting regular business reviews and aligning solutions to customer needs and objectives.
- Delivering against revenue, retention and activity targets, maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.
- Maintaining accurate customer, opportunity and forecast data, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Collaborating with product specialists and wider stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
