What you’ll own:
- Act as the central intake and coordination point for change, validating requests, managing expectations and maintaining a clear delivery pipeline.
- Ability to interpret product roadmaps and advise on delivery resourcing, partnering closely with delivery leadership to align demand with capacity.
- Facilitate change governance forums end-to-end, including scheduling attendees, creating materials, decision capture and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate change approval and readiness activities, tracking milestones, conditional actions and ensuring all assurance requirements are met.
- Champion the Governance framework, driving adherence, effective cross-business collaboration and controlled progression to go-live.
