About the Role
The Head of Cross Sales owns the commercial performance and cross-sell growth agenda for the organisation’s largest merchants. This role is accountable for driving product penetration, increasing platform utilisation, reducing attrition, and delivering material revenue growth from an established, high-value merchant base. The role works in close partnership with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product, Commercial and Planning, and Partnerships teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end outcomes for the priority managed merchants.
