We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our ever-evolving TAKE Payments Commercialisation team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Working across product, sales, marketing, and regional teams, you will turn strategy into action and opportunity into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in driving how we bring our Payment Acceptance solutions to market, shaping commercial strategy and accelerating adoption across international landscapes.

You’ll lead commercialisation efforts, influence cross-functional execution and create new opportunities for expansion.

You will drive sales enablement, shape market entry strategies and unlock growth across global markets.

In addition you will

  • Drive commercial success by shaping and executing strategies that accelerate adoption of Payment Acceptance solutions across international markets.
  • Lead sales enablement by equipping teams with the tools, insights and expertise needed to win in new regions and markets.
  • Create market expansion opportunities by defining go-to-market strategies that unlock growth and increase market share.
  • Influence product positioning by aligning market needs, client insights and competitive trends to refine solution value.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships to support international growth and enhance Global Payments’ global footprint.
  • Own market analysis efforts, identifying trends, regulatory requirements and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across product, sales, marketing and compliance teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, consulting or banking with a strong track record of driving commercial strategy and outcomes.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong background in sales enablement or commercialisation, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities across markets.
  • Strong problem‑solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver impact.
  • Curiosity and drive to understand products, markets and client needs in a fast‑evolving payments landscape.
