We’re looking for a CDD Advisory Analyst to join our ever evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team in Leicester, UK and help shape the future of global commerce.What you’ll ownProvide expert CDD advisory & risk insight: Research emerging risks, regulations, and industry best practices to deliver clear, pragmatic guidance and ensure consistent policy application.Assess and translate regulatory impact: Evaluate new regulations, policy changes, and risk appetite shifts, translating them into actionable operational requirements and client-level impacts (e.g., re-risking, EDD).Strengthen controls & resolve issues: Monitor effectiveness of financial crime processes, identify control gaps, and support audit findings, remediation, and risk mitigation efforts.Drive innovation & AI enablement: Identify process improvements and support adoption of AI-driven solutions (e.g., monitoring, screening, risk scoring) while managing governance risks like bias and explainability.Lead stakeholder engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally, align advisory and delivery teams, and communicate risks, impacts, and strategies clearly to senior stakeholders.Champion continuous improvement: Build financial crime expertise, share best practices, and foster a high-performing, collaborative, and client-focused culture.What you'll bringMinimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance and operational roles with a strong focus on financial crime preventionExperience in first line advisory, providing guidance on financial crime matters, interpreting policies, and ensuring complianceExperience conducting impact assessments and translating regulatory changes into operational and client-level outcomesUnderstanding of technology and AI applications in financial crime, including associated risks and governanceProven track record in managing procedures and updates related to financial crime preventionExperience in preparing compliance advice for prospect clients and managing multiple compliance projects simultaneouslyIt's a bonus if you haveExperience in payment service, fintech or digital bankingFamiliarity with regulatory bodies such as FCA or DNBExperience using tools such as Orbis, Fenergo, Actimize, SalesforceExposure to AI/ML-enabled compliance or automation toolsRelevant professional qualifications e.g. Diploma in AML or Financial Crime, CAMs certificationAbout the teamOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
