The Go-To-Market Manager (FTC) will lead the launch of Worldpay for Business products in the U.S., driving cross‑functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives and achieve related business objectives.
- Own GTM strategy, planning, and execution for the U.S., partnering with senior leaders across departments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM objectives for high‑priority product launches, ensuring alignment with organizational business goals.
- Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Solutions Consulting, to ensure successful GTM plans.
- Oversee all aspects of GTM program execution, including resource dependencies, timeline management, and risk mitigation for key milestones.
- Create value‑proposition messaging and content, and develop distribution and packaging plans in partnership with the design team.
- Maintain and enhance the GTM playbook, documenting best practices, processes, and templates, and share lessons learned across the organization.
- Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and KPIs for launch initiatives and activities.
- Serve as the central contact for programs, ensuring clear communication across the organization; provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership and lead business cadence sessions (annual/quarterly/weekly).
Qualifications
