Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager - Issuer Advocacy to join our ever-evolving Partnership Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of card issuers and establishing data sharing arrangements.
- Owning the overall relationship with each partner and aligning strategies for mutual benefits, such as authorization rate improvements, fraud reduction, improved cardholder experience, and retained interchange for the issuer.
- Owning day‑to‑day relationship with key card issuers.
- Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay authorization rate performance and any improvements derived from our data sharing arrangements.
- Leading negotiations on contracts for renewal or expansion into new products, services, or geographies.
- Working with internal teams (network partnerships, legal, data privacy, implementations, authorization management performance, etc.) to share data with card issuers.
- Identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with potential new card issuers.
Qualifications
- Can‑do attitude and excitement for building a new team within a leading payments company.
- Ability to influence and work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions and geographies.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to seamlessly move from high‑level strategy to being 'in the weeds' on critical items.
- Passion and interest in financial services.
- Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across a number of different partners.
