About the team
Our Payments team are responsible for the payment and settlement of customer and consumer transactions in numerous currencies from many Global bank accounts. Using various payment methods our teams prepare, check and release payments in numerous currencies ensuring all cut-offs and SLA’s are met. You must be prepared to operate flexibly as part of the wider payments team, providing support and solutions to other colleagues and team members.
What you’ll own as the Treasury Associate (Payments):
- Manually keying customer payments
- Monitors and processes payments and payment files in conjunction with treasury procedures and policies
- Posting in Treasury Management systems and assist with other treasury activities such as cash positioning and reporting
- Work as part of the team to ensure daily objectives are met (SLA’s)
- Communicate with banking partners on routine transaction research, taking full ownership of any queries through to resolution
- Supporting other internal teams with queries
- Continually look for ways of improving processes, providing potential solutions and following through to implementation to deliver efficiencies
