We are in search of a Senior Analyst with a strong background in payments and a knack for commercial value optimisation. This role is pivotal for our UK SMB portfolio, using advanced analytics to identify opportunities and engage existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical data skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth.
What you’ll own:
- Monitor and refine strategies based on performance data.
- Present insights to stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and data assets using Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to optimise customer journeys.
- Automate workflows using Python/SQL for scalable execution.
- Identify high‑potential prospects and customer opportunities using advanced analytics.
- Build and deploy data‑led strategy for cross‑sell, retention, and reactivation.
- Analyse transactional and financial data to inform targeted strategies.
Where you’ll own it:
You’ll own it in our London hub. With hubs in the heart of city centres and tech capitals, things move fast. We pride ourselves on being an agile and dynamic collective, collaborating with different teams and offices across the globe.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Commercial Analytics roles with a focus on value optimisation, cross‑sales, retention and engagement
- Expert in Python and SQL and experience with data preparation, cleansing, feature engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of translating data insights into successful business outcomes.
- Experience in leveraging test and learn frameworks to articulate incremental impacts and using them to help the business make informed decisions
- Experience in automation of the performance reporting and insights stack in Snowflake.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Desirable: Experience of working in a Snowflake platform environment, working with APIs and experience of integrating data solutions with Salesforce CRM.
- Payments and SME business knowledge desired.
