About the team
You’ll be joining the Worldpay Reporting team, an integral part of the Money product domain. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable reporting solutions that support both our merchants and internal stakeholders. We focus on building and maintaining the flow of reconciliation and financial data to our merchants via files, portals and API. The data we deliver is critical for financial accuracy, compliance, and operational transparency. We support Enterprise, SMB, Platforms and Marketplaces customers from all around the world.
Looking ahead, the team is evolving to support next-generation reporting capabilities — including API-based reporting and other scalable, real-time solutions — to meet the growing demands of our customers and the business.
What you will be doing
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering industry-leading reporting products. You’ll help define our future-state vision, identify opportunities to accelerate progress, and manage the product backlog. Acting as the key liaison for business requirements, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — including developers, QA engineers, analysts, and architects — to:
Develop a deep understanding of the payment lifecycle and merchant needs
Represent the voice of the customer within the engineering team
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and manage delivery through development cycles
Support engineering teams during PI planning and agile ceremonies
Continuously review and reprioritize the backlog, coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners
What you bring:
Proven experience delivering products and services, ideally in a B2B environment
A creative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and a knack for prioritizing effectively
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
A collaborative spirit, especially when working with remote or distributed teams
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
