Working within the Payouts Product team for Worldpay you will operate as a leader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. You will own multiple customer experiences, tasked with innovating on our current capabilities and devising new solutions to emerging opportunities for measurable benefit. You will own delivery end to end supported by dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise from across the business.

What you will be doing:

  • The Product analyst role is pivotal in the way we deliver our products and solutions.
  • Working within a cross functional delivery sprint team you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers what the business wants.
  • You will interface closely with the business stakeholders, in alignment with the Product Management Group and with the delivery team itself to ensure requirements are understood and features are delivered to the acceptance criteria.

What you will own:

  • Work closely with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand, articulate and communicate vision and value.
  • Champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organisation.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of products and services from a delivery perspective.
  • Be comfortable bridging the gap between technology and the business.
  • Work closely with the business to understand requirements and the business value behind them.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure we simplify, innovate and add incremental value through Product Engineering.
  • Backlog creation, ownership and refinement.
  • Definition of acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospective and daily stand-ups.
  • Set sprint goals and articulate what success looks like.
  • Make decisions and accept changes delivered during sprint.
  • Understand and define key questions / decisions and identify the research or analysis that supports resolution.
  • Participate in launch activities leading up to and following product releases, ensuring that appropriate communications are made to key stakeholders.

  • Excellent Product Ownership skills & experience ideally within a payouts product organisation.
  • Stakeholder management and building good relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence with or without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to tailor results into language appropriate for the audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitude.
