We’re looking for driven eComm Growth Sales Manager, who want to shape the future of payments. If you thrive in high‑growth environments, love building relationships with enterprise clients, and want to sell solutions that power global commerce, this is your moment. Many of our existing customers already use us for in‑store payments — now we want to help them expand into e‑commerce. We’re looking for an e‑commerce specialist with sales flair to guide our merchants on that journey. You’ll combine the skills of a consultative seller and a hands‑on enabler: uncovering opportunities, closing deals, and helping merchants switch on our e‑commerce plugins so they can start selling online fast. This is not a cold‑calling role. You’ll be working with existing Worldpay customers, showing them how to grow digitally and ensuring they succeed.
What you’ll own:
- Consult with existing Worldpay merchants to understand their e‑commerce needs.
- Sell the value of Worldpay e‑commerce and close agreements.
- Support merchants through plugin activation (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) via calls or screen share.
- Troubleshoot simple setup issues and elevate complex cases.
- Ensure merchants go live quickly and start processing online payments.
- Track outcomes and revenue impact.
What you’ll bring:
- Sales or account‑management experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, or payments.
- Familiarity with major e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Comfortable guiding customers through plugin setup and onboarding.
- Strong communicator who can build trust with business owners and technical managers.
- Commercially driven but customer‑focused: you care about merchants succeeding online.
What success looks like:
- Merchants signed and activated (live with transactions).
- Fast activation times (signature to first live payment).
- Strong growth in activated online payment volumes.
What we offer you:
- A chance to shape the future of online payments with one of the world’s most trusted brands.
- Training and support to deepen your payments and e‑commerce expertise.
- Opportunity to work in a fast‑growing, strategic part of Worldpay.
