Global Payments is entering a critical phase of growth in eCommerce and digital payments across the UK & ROI. As eCommerce Growth Director, you will lead the development and scaling of the capabilities, partner ecosystem including referral creation, and value creation that accelerates adoption of WP eCommerce and broader card‑not‑present (CNP) solutions. This is a people leader role with broad influence across sales channels, migration programmes, partners, and internal teams. You will shape how growth is generated, enabled, and scaled—working cross‑functionally to ensure Worldpay’s eCommerce strategy delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the eCommerce Growth & Enablement function across UK & ROI.
