We’re looking for a Corporate Relationship Executive to join our Existing Customer Management SMB team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the Team
The team is responsible for managing the payments business for larger SMB customers by driving additional revenue from the accounts to hit financial growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of SMB customers.
- Drive merchant advocacy and customer engagement within the mid‑market portfolio.
- Protect and grow net revenue through customer retention and cross‑sell activity.
- Reduce attrition and limit giveaways during reviews.
- Ensure contracts are in place and up to date to support retention.
- Increase product penetration to achieve cross‑sell targets.
- Demonstrate understanding of company products and services, articulating customer requirements to enhance the product roadmap.
- Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in a telephony‑based customer contact position.
- Confidence in influencing and negotiating with customers when advising on products and services.
- Target‑based mindset; well organised, self‑motivated and tenacious, with the ability to explain complex information to customers.
- Knowledge and experience of Excel and CRM.
- Experience managing a portfolio and meeting individual sales targets.
