About the team
This is a commercially focused role supporting the Senior Finance Manager on partnering key functions across the Enterprise business, focusing on the GTM, Operations, Financial Partnerships (Crypto) and Data Monetisation. Building strong relationships with leaders and driving analytics to better understand performance and contribution to overall Enterprise goals across these functions. This role will blend partnering both opex and revenue and provide exposure to a wide range of functions and leaders across the Enterprise business
With a $2BN P&L covering some of the World’s largest brands, the Enterprise business is one of the core growth drivers of Worldpay business, with this customer retention and product cross-sell key to driving this. The role is for a 12 month FTC.
What you’ll own
- Key finance partner to GTM, Operations, Financial Partnerships and Data Monetisation functions, creating strong relationships with leaders and building a trusted partnership
- Build out and own suite of KPIs that help leaders better understand performance and overall contribution to Enterprise Plan achievement and growth
- Produce monthly reporting for leaders clearly outlining any variances to plan, forecast and make recommendations on how potential risks and opportunities can be addressed
- Ownership of annual plan process for functions supported, ensuring clear narrative exists and deep understanding of key dependencies across all leaders
- Own ad-hoc analysis and insight as required to better support the business in achieving their financial goals
- Act as the translator between Finance and the business; being able to effectively communicate through all layers of management, whilst delivering actionable insight and challenge to all stakeholders involved
- Support/lead on projects to assist Finance Partner team in achieving overall goals and objectives
- Act as main point of contact for FP&A team for relevant inputs/outputs into monthly forecast process
- Ad-hoc partnering of Commercial teams where required, contributing towards QBRs, review etc where necessary
What you bring
- Strong presenting and turning \’data into insight\’ skills – ability to manage/manipulate large data sets and pull out key messages (data visualisation and story telling ability)
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and influencing snr stakeholders
- Highly motivated & confident self starter
- Strong relationship building skills – must be comfortable in challenging the business where required
- Strong excel and PowerBI skills – ability to build excel models and create interactive dashboards
- Existing network across commercial teams desirable, as well as strong knowledge of Worldpay business and products
