We provide simple and reliable card payment solutions used by over 1 million merchants worldwide, processing approximately 110 million transactions daily and moving billions of transactions annually.

About the team

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, target‑driven Collection’s Advisors to join our vibrant Manchester Office in the desirable Spinningfields area of Manchester City Centre. Our newly refurbished offices provide a friendly yet professional environment where successful candidates can develop and grow.

What you will be doing

  • Recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and other digital methods introduced into the department/function.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with outstanding arrears.
  • Reinstate Direct Debits to adhere to our One Call Resolution aim.
  • Show empathy to vulnerable customers.
  • Negotiate and set up repayment arrangements.
  • Adhere to rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators (FCA/ICO/FLA).
  • Meet KPIs set by the business.

What you will bring

  • Experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, Credit Controller or similar.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to empathise with people.
  • The ability to adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working within a regulated organisation.
  • Polite telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills to navigate multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
