About the team: The CRM & Sales Tools team sits within Global Enterprise and is responsible for building and developing strategic CRM tools that enable Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Support, and other departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our customers globally. We focus on delivering innovative solutions and process automation to empower teams and drive efficiency across the business.
What you’ll own:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into actionable user stories.
- Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
- Manage the backlog of user stories for one or more CRM and sales tools products.
- Establish user story acceptance criteria, accept user stories, and refine stories with Scrum teams.
- Identify and document operational requirements for change requests, ensuring clarity and completeness for sprint readiness.
- Act as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Determine and manage backlog priorities, including items to be added to upcoming sprints.
- Track and document third-party vendor development and design for future reference and issue resolution.
- Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
- Monitor development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as requested.
- Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process.
- Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of Fintech operational product experience/knowledge.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and sales automation tools (beneficial).
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and systems development environments (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical, and people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts.
- Added bonus if you have experience with Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning components, or Salesforce CPQ.
