This new role will lead the development of an insight-led content engine that transforms Worldpanel by Numerator’s data assets into compelling, commercially impactful narratives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for producing flagship reports, trend analyses, executive-ready presentations, and campaign content rooted in panel, survey, and analytics data. Blending analytical rigor with editorial clarity, this person turns complex data into stories that drive market relevance, support sales, and reinforce Worldpanel’s authority in consumer behaviour.
Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Data Science, Regional Marketing, Brand teams, and Subject Matter Experts, this role ensures Worldpanel’s insights are not only credible — but clear, differentiated, and actionable.
The Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Insight Development & Analysis
- Mining panel, survey, and analytics data to uncover meaningful insights on shopping, brand, category, and retail behaviour across markets.
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to validate assumptions and ensure methodological accuracy.
- Identify recurring and emerging trends that connect consumer behaviour to broader economic, cultural, and retail dynamics.
- Flagship Content Production
- Lead content development for major initiatives such as Brand Footprint and global trend reports.
- Ensure all content is visually clear, commercially relevant, and adaptable across regions.
- Content Engine & Campaign Enablement
- Build scalable story frameworks that can be activated globally and localized regionally.
- Work with Brand Storytelling and Campaign teams to convert insights into marketing narratives.
- Proactive Insight Calendar
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking insight calendar aligned to business priorities and market trends.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track performance of insight-led content (engagement, amplification, sales usage).
You will have the following experience:
- Proven experience in insights, analytics, data storytelling, or B2B marketing roles.
- A track record of building a successful thought-leadership content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with panel, survey, or syndicated datasets.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills; able to communicate expertly with senior partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer research, or syndicated data environments (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Kantar) strongly preferred.
