Worldover is the AI software factory for chemicals and cosmetics companies. The industry faces immense pressure to adopt AI, but the unique complexity of ingredient-based manufacturing has historically forced them into a patchwork of disconnected systems. We modernise this estate completely, using Worldmaker, our proprietary AI build studio, to create each customer a bespoke AI operating system that centralises their operation and embeds regulatory, chemical, and formula-based intelligence throughout, unlocking enterprise-grade AI transformation.

More than 50 enterprise customers, including HUDA Beauty, ICONIC London, and The White Company, already run on Worldover. We’re an ambitious 30-person team based in Camden, London, scaling rapidly to modernise a specialised niche that drives 9% of global GDP. We’re backed by Index Ventures, Chalfen Ventures and Entrepreneur First.

About the Role

Your job is to book qualified meetings for your Account Executive, and you'll do most of it on the phone. Each SDR works in a pod with an AE, and once you're up to speed the target is five qualified meetings a week. You'll work in the Camden office with our BDR Manager, and fellow SDRs, alongside our team of Account Executives. It's a thriving sales team that's beating its targets and taking on new people quickly.

The companies you'll call are manufacturers, brands, ingredient suppliers and distributors - each one runs on its own mix of formulas, batches, suppliers and regulatory rules, which makes this a sale you have to think through. You'll learn how these businesses work well enough to hear where the problem is on a first call, and qualify in or out accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Support your Account Executive by booking meetings. This is your primary responsibility.
  • Cold calling calling prospects and qualifying them in/out of our sales cycle. You should be comfortable with a large volume of calls, and should build calling as a core part of your sales DNA
  • You should thrive at representing Worldover at trade shows - this is a key part of how we represent Worldover in the market (and likely means some international travel)

Required Skills

  • You've worked on the phones, or you want to get properly good at it and can say why.
  • You're highly motivated and competitive and you can point to something that proves it (at work, education, sport, a hobby, or something else!)
  • You're constantly looking to improve and you want to win - including against your own numbers from last week.
  • You're curious about how things are made, and you'll put in the time to understand chemistry and regulation well enough to hold a real conversation about them.
  • You're comfortable walking up to strangers at an event and starting that conversation.
  • You take feedback on your calls and use it the next day.
