Worldly is hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on Sustainability in Fashion Supply Chains.

This remote role supports brands and retailers across Europe, reporting to the EMEA CS Lead.

You’ll manage large client portfolios, onboard stakeholders, and coordinate with Product and Support teams to optimize the customer experience.

Travel may be required to serve Europe. We value hands-on experience in consumer goods, a data-driven mindset, and excellence in project management.
