We are currently hiring a highly skilled sales hunter to focus on prospecting to develop within the UK team with the primary objective of setting meetings with prospects, driving new sales opportunities, and increasing the customer portfolio. The sales person will also understand the Customer Experience market, the trends and develop client value accordingly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create a strong relationship with partners, consulting firms working in the CCaaS industry.
- Identify new business opportunities early in the sales cycle with prospects.
- Fully understand and be the sales expert on the products' portfolio CX Suite.
- Develop and maintain your Development and Prospecting Plan working with the Sales Director presenting your updates on a trimester basis.
- Account targeting strategy and mapping of the decision-makers to meet.
- Presenting and demonstrating our digital solutions.
- Working closely with the operations and product teams.
- Participation in and organization of trade shows and events.
- Share metrics: meetings numbers, leads generation, opportunities detected.

- You are proficient in market dynamics, the key players, and expectations for innovation, particularly in the area of AI-powered automation.
- Our ideal sales hunter has a detailed understanding of the UK CCaaS market. The role is to detect opportunities to generate leads and pipe.
- You will have experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a self-starter with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can encourage the same in others.
- The Sales Hunter will be knowledgeable of the products provided to their clients and be capable in engaging them in discussions regarding the business value of these to the client's stakeholders and to be able to engage other members of the Worldline teams as appropriate to develop new proposals accordingly.
- You have the ability to work within a matrixed team working with product managers, service managers and business unit leaders to develop compelling positions to help grow the customer portfolio.
- You will be able to demonstrate building a strong pipeline of prospects, conversion and closing deals.
