This role represents an opportunity to join Worldline at an exciting time for our business, where we have more solutions than ever to help our clients and prospects grow their businesses. You will join a high performing UK Sales team, responsible for managing some of the largest names in Retail and QSR/dine-in restaurants, and you will play a key role in helping to drive our business forward. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Developing and contributing towards the new business plan for (key/new) vertical markets
- Closing business and securing deals with brand new clients
- Identifying new products, services or partnerships which complement Worldline's offerings
- Travelling to various UK and international locations to meet with clients and partners to discuss requirements and present proposals as appropriate
- Preparing high-quality presentations and proposals for submission to clients in support of new business pitches and bid opportunities
- Providing timely and accurate revenue forecasting, management information and reporting on a regular basis and as required
- Taking responsibility for ensuring meeting, call and contact reports are captured accurately, circulated and held within the CRM system
- Working with Sales and other Teams to ensure that committed revenue numbers are achieved
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in new business development, and with a track record of identifying opportunities and proposing solutions. You are a curious, talented and determined seller and negotiator with excellent communication capability at all levels. Someone with proven experience and the ability to make contact with new prospects. Others think that you have a knack for identifying needs and a desire to deliver what is best for the customer both from a technical and business standpoint.
- The ability to make cold contact and progress new relationships through to contract and beyond
- Experience in delivering solution proposals with a direct economic value proposition, detection, problem definition, decision maker identification and relationship building
- A high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative as well as integrity, courtesy and diplomacy
- Highly analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience of managing contracts
- High degree of attention to detail and quality of work
