The O pportunity

This is your chance to work in a fast-evolving field on products and services which impact daily life including payments and transport technology.As a Bid Manager within Worldline you will be the key link between the Worldline Sales leads and the business. You will be responsible for all elements of driving the bid forwards; orchestrating the bid team towards a successful response. You will be responsible for a wide variety of solution focused bids ranging from traditional software development style client responses to leading edge payments solution proposals.This is a very fast paced environment to work in so we are looking to hear from individuals who are able to manage their own and the bid team\’s time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling proposals which are in line with the customers\’ expectations and with Worldline strategy
  • You critically review customer tender documentation and Worldline tender responses with a detailed eye and take responsibility for final tender production alongside the bid team
  • You build a robust bid project plan, risk management and mitigation strategy, and ensure that bids meet internal governance requirements and sign offs
  • Lead effective, focused and well-informed bid teams
  • Coordinate and manage resources required to respond to proposals, including delivery, legal, finance and sales
  • Contribute to the process of creating best in class bid collateral and compiling bid collateral/bid libraries

Who Are We Looking For

  • You can write well and have the ability to capture often complex concepts in a well-formed and clear written response
  • You\’ve got substantial knowledge of bidding into the public sector in the UK and/or Europe
  • Ability to understand and analyse market-related data
  • Motivation and passion for getting the job done, self-motivated with high energy, creativity, passion and the hunger to learn, evolve and develop
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
  • You master communications and stakeholder engagement across various levels and roles across the business and with external customers
  • 5 or more years in Bid Management
