Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inputs from technical teams to meet bid timelines and customer formatting requirements, escalating as needed.
- Provide day‑to‑day financial and commercial support to the bid team, ensuring timely, accurate inputs.
- Build and present financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, ROI metrics) for governance review.
- Highlight key levers and risks in the financials, ensuring appropriate granularity for decision makers.
- Ensure bids are peer reviewed for accuracy and alignment with governance approvals.
- Attend client calls when needed, demonstrating how client needs are reflected in the bid and managing expectations.
Who Are We Looking For
- Degree in a numerate or business‑related subject or demonstrable pricing/bid experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; comfortable with cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to influence internally and externally with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
- Understanding of how commercial decisions impact overall profitability.
- Experience of working in a matrix organization is advantageous.
- Proactive learner with a collaborative mindset and a customer‑focused approach.
