The role involves coordinating with teams across multiple locations to ensure what we build delivers tangible business benefits for our customers.
The role focuses primarily on the UK rail industry. Our portfolio includes systems for fares and timetabling, journey planning, ticket purchase, accounting, and after-sales support. The successful candidate will help deliver the vision for how the back-office services will enrich the features across our Transport Retail product portfolio, delivering a flexible, scalable, and cohesive suite of services that can adapt to changing needs while remaining maintainable for our teams and valuable for end users. We are always looking at new ways to innovate, improve quality and reduce costs, building excellent solutions with customers at the heart of what we do.

- Collaborate with BAs to write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in and contribute to scrum ceremonies, providing direction and making rapid, informed decisions on features and prioritisation within the Agile framework.
- Ensure in-sprint deliverables meet acceptance criteria and deliver the intended business benefits.
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Support roadmap planning and help ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and stay up to date on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
